Confidentiality
The utmost care is used to preserve the confidentiality of the clients of Bour Communications, LLC. This is achieved by the completion of a NDA (non-disclosure agreement) or CDA (confidential disclosure agreement) prior to beginning a new project with a client. The NDA/CDA is typically initiated by the client and reviewed by Bour Communications, LLC before the project begins. Disclosure of the relationship between Bour Communications, LLC and the client is controlled by the client.
